Information you provide. When you create an account, we collect your email address and a hashed password (if you sign up with email), or your public wallet address (if you sign in with a wallet). When you contact support, we collect the contents of your message.

Information collected automatically. We collect device, browser, and usage data — including IP address, user agent, pages viewed, contests entered, and timestamps — to operate the Service, prevent fraud, and improve performance.

On-chain information. Public blockchains record every transaction permanently. Your wallet address, deposit history, and withdrawal history are visible to anyone who inspects the relevant chain. We do not control this data.

We use personal information to:

• Operate and secure the Service.
• Authenticate users, process deposits and withdrawals, and settle contests.
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, multi-accounting, and violations of our Terms.
• Send transactional notifications (e.g. login alerts, contest results, payouts).
• Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests from authorities.
• Improve and develop new features, including aggregated and anonymized analytics.

We process your personal information on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (to provide the Service), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, product analytics), consent (for non-essential cookies and marketing), and legal obligation (for tax, AML, and similar requirements).

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who host our infrastructure, deliver email, run analytics, or process payments under contractual confidentiality and data-protection terms.
• Market data providers from whom we fetch asset prices — these are query-only requests that do not transmit your personal information.
• Legal authorities when we are required to do so by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of clubz.fun, our users, or the public.
• A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards in order to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Aggregated and anonymized data may be retained indefinitely.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal information, and to withdraw consent or object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email admin@clubz.fun. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, hashed password storage, scoped access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We operate globally. Personal information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in countries other than the one in which you reside. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect cross-border transfers.

The Service is intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
